It is still too wet to get into Tehachapi, so no retrievals this week. It looks like one more storm early next week, so it may dry out enough for us to get into there by the following weekend.

This week, hopefully finish up the D6C. Garlic Mom picked up the water neck fitting which I lost from The Parts Depot in Fresno. We should have the D6C running by Saturday afternoon.

Once the D6C is going, we’ll probably shift attention to another project or two. We’ve got a 1996 Ford F350 that fills the crankcase with coolant. May be the oil cooler or may need head gaskets. We need to fix the fuel pump o-ring seal in Garlic Mom’s 9G D7. We need to put new brake linings in the 14A D8. Daron’s RD-6 needs a new head.

We’ll just see what strikes our fancy once we get the D6C up on its feet. Plenty of stuff wanting attention.

Bec’s Pacific said they’ll have the 966 fuel pump rebuilt by Thursday of next week.
